  • I'm normally nervous to go to chain hair salons because I've had such bad experiences with them in the past. But, I just needed a touch up of my layers, so I figured I would try this location because of the high Yelp ratings it had. I visited on a Tuesday at 4:30ish. There was no line, and they took me about 10 minutes after I sat down. My hair stylist was very sweet, and did not push me to buy any products. She really cared about my hair style, and repeatedly checked to make sure it was even and it was what I wanted. I believe her name was Alex, and she was amazing! I highly recommend her. Overall, with tip, my haircut cost me $20. The fact that it was exactly what I wanted, and I didn't go home crying, made me feel like every penny was worth it. I will definitely be back for touch ups in the future. My only complaint is that a lot of the styles they seem to advertise are very outdated. I've heard that the stylists go through training every now and then, but it definitely didn't seem like they were up to date with recent trends. I wish their store, and those little books they have, reflected that.
