  • SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! After waiting a week for my order to ship (website says it ships within 24 hours) I received a very generic email saying it would be delivered within 3 days. Well, after 3 days it still had not shipped so I called customer service (that takes FOREVER) and the guy says it will ship tomorrow... GUARANTEED. Never shipped! So I call again and say that the guy told me it was going to ship and they tell me that it is currently being picked up by UPS, and so I ask for tracking and he doesn't have it, so he says he will email me in an hour. NO email, never shipped ( i think he just said that it was shipping because i told him that is what they guy told me the day before) I reach out through facebook and get offered a coupon credit for the shipping and told my order will ship as soon as possible. I don't want a coupon because I don't ever want to order from this company ever again. So, as of today I tried to call again and I cant even get through, it just disconnects as soon as I call. I will be disputing this. Also, I wish i read all those facebook comments before I ordered and on better business bureau it says they have numerous complaints about this company., I seriously think that the positive reviews that comes off their site are fake!
