  • I am a professional in the trades. I purchased some product for a customer from Fireplace Furnishing., based on their recommendation. Close to 700$ worth of remote electronic ignition equipment. Immediately I began to have problems with the product. I worked with both fireplace furnishings and the manufacturer to try and rectify the large flame pops upon start up, intermittently during startup. Ultimately the product didn't work. Months later and multiple free return trips to my customers house, we returned the product and neither Fireplace Furnishings nor the manufacturer was helpful. 2 months after returning I was credited back about 20% of what I paid and had to eat all of the rest plus my multiple trips. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this company! I don't treat my customers this way, I ate the costs and learned from my mistakes. If you read this learn from my mistake!
