  • I really like Earnhardt Honda. I've gotten two Honda Civics from them. Their service department is outstanding. Their reps are courteous. Went to Bell Road Honda (cuz they're five minutes from my house) once to get my windshield wipers fixed - I'll never go back there. I drive the half hour to get to Earnhardt. Their facilities are clean. The only drawback is the whole sales process. Both times, I've been there for 4 hours or longer just to buy a car. I wish that when I tell you what my price is, you'd just do it, instead of the 20 trips back and forth to the "manager" to make the deal.
