rev:text	Second time. The cafe Americano and coffee we were served were cold by the time our mountainous dessert came. The Americano and coffee were very good but when the served offered to refill my wife's coffee she informed me that she was not allowed to top up my Americano. So I had a $12 dessert and $6 with if coffee but I'm not allowed a bit of coffee topup? Really Management? That is silly. Give the waitresses some leeway and discretion. I understand abuse of refills (by the way said Mgmt only allows three) but she could obviously see that I had nothing to drink when my wife had a full cup.
