The Cooling Company should be your first call for AC problems and repairs. The service technician was extremely helpful and even considerate, he wore booties while in the house.
We had a downstairs AC unit that hadn't been used in over 5 years so I was ready to be given the bad news and an expensive bill.
But after the service tech checked out our unit, thermostat, fans and vents he informed me that everything looked good. It was refreshing not trying to be sold stuff I don't need. He quickly gave me all the available options and began work.
A swift cleaning, two thermostat installations and a test run later and we had cool air swarming throughout the downstairs! Best of all, he didn't charge for installing the thermostat! I purchased a one year plan with 3 more checkups and new filters over the next year for $280. Not a bad deal right?
