Mostly, if you're going to a banh mi store, you'd stick with the banh mi. However, the banh uot here are quite good. Made like my mother used to make at home. The only shortfall of that dish is the weak nuoc mam. But I think that must be due to them altering for the western palate. The banh bao had a nice skin (moist), but it lacked solid flavor. The sardine sandwich I got was the best part of the meal. Should be eaten immediately though, since the sauce causes the bread to go mushy.
