  • Awful location. Awful customer service. Awful management. Go anywhere else except this location. If you want nice customer service you definitely want to stay far away from here! In 2017, customer service should be everything in this competitive space and this place doesn't understand that nor value people who have spent a lot of money at their business. There are way nicer Massage Envy locations in town, worth the extra drive, trust me!
