  • I was so nervous they wouldn't take my order since it was 945 and they closed at 10 o'clock. I have a family of four to feed and nine minutes to get there from our hotel. I called in my order, it was taken quickly but when I arrived my order hadn't been made yet because they were out of white rice instead of brown rice, they were super apologetic and started making my my order after checking with me. I also wanted chips in my order and they were completely out but the place was packed so I completely understood. You could tell that the workers there genuinely cared and like I said they were super apologetic and I actually ended up really making my night with how sweet they were. And now I actually like the brown rice I've just been getting the white rice for so long it just became a habit.
