  • Let me start off by saying this, I have been to TopGolf before in Virginia. And I enjoyed myself. This Charlotte location is something else. I don't know if it's bc it's new or what. ITS VERY UNORGANIZED, UNDERSTAFF, UNTRAINED STAFF AND DID I SAY UNORGANIZED??!!!!!!! I can understand the wait for the bay (to Golf) but I can not understand the 15 mins wait for the waitress to even come to the table , 15 to even get your drinks, 1 hour for your food. And on TOP that I told waitress i was vegetarian SO WHY DID SHE LET ME ORDER SOMETHING WITH MEAT!! ...That's part of the untrained STAFF. I told her I wanted to change my order to a veggie burger and then she came BACK TO THE TABLE 20 MINUTES LATER AND SAID SO YOU WANT ME TO PUT A VEGGIE IN FOR YOU? And I said so you did not already but it in? Also employees that was delivering the food keep going to different table asking the guest "is this your food"! They did not even know what tables order what !! By the way the Veggie Burger is really good!! THE NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP HERE!!
