  • Allow me to rephrase. The maintenance folks are great! They do a bang up job. The problem is that the management doesn't hire enough maintenance people to fix what needs to be fixed! It's underhanded, I've seen it before. Also, maybe make sure that all of the features of your apartment are ready to be lived in before people actually move in!! You all must have known that you had old sinks, walls, etc when we moved in. All we ask is that y'all fix it when it breaks. For example, our washing machine has been leaking for MONTHS. In fact, it has now chipped away at the floor and wobbles violently. We call twice a week and nothing gets done!!! It's got nothing to do with maintenance!! Unrelated, i find it borderline insulting to receive such a cookie cutter response to a series of valid complaints. Don't apologize just fix my things please!!
