  • First of all I knew I wasn't going to a five star hotel or anything but this place was ridiculous. On my second night there my son found a cockroach in the bathroom and when my husband informed the manager of the incident all he stated was "well what would you like me to do?" As a manager of a business myself I felt that this response was a little on the unprofessional side. The manager did immediately place us in a room 4 levels up and waived our $10 fees for each night we stayed. I felt like there was more that could have been done but that's not for me to say.
