  • It is my experience that each time I take my car to a dealership for something simple such as an oil change that the service rep quickly presents me with a 2 page estimate totalling $800 even if car is brand new. This always, as a female, confirms to me that I am being tricked into buying something I do not need. Imagine my surprise to go to Earnhardt Hyundai for an oil change recently and NOT be presented with 2 page estimate but rather being educated and advised regarding 60,000 miles maintenence. Mike Southern helped me prioritize what has to be done and what can be postponed. I am retired and on a fixed budget so you can imagine my sense of relief. I have felt comfortable with any other dealership but I do with Mike Southern at Earnhardt Hyundai
