  • I've loved this bar for a long time, the drinks are great and I love the atmosphere! But I was shocked with how understaffed they were last night, seeing as how there were UFC fights at The Chelsea that evening. Vegas can get super packed whenever there are fights in town. It took 30+ minutes for someone to notice us and another 30 minutes to get our cocktails...I was shocked at how understaffed they were on a busy Friday night. It isn't the waitresses fault, they were doing as much as they could and kept smiles on their faces. I ordered the Signature Cosmo which I love but it came without a garnish, I thought that was odd since it usually does. When you pay $33+tip for two basic cocktails and slow service, it can be a little frustrating. Also, The Henry(very limited menu) and Secret Pizza(take away pizza) WERE THE ONLY restaurants open past midnight on a crazy busy Friday night!!?! Holsteins lounge was also open for apps but it was tiny and way too loud with the DJ they had hired...I was bummed because my friend who is a journalist for UFC was in town and we were trying to catch up after he got off work ): we ended up leaving after the drink at Vesper to get something to eat/drink somewhere else.
