  • This was the first place I ventured out to after moving to the area. I wasn't disappointed. The guys who work there are kind and helpful and do a great job. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want or need. They were even honest about stuff that I never would have figured out. (Nope, my air filter looked just fine.) Being a woman, that's a big deal to me, because I feel like auto mechanics frequently try to take advantage of women. One other thing that was nice about my experience was how clean their store is. A lot of mechanics' waiting areas are beyond disgusting. So filthy I don't want to sit, touch anything, and especially not bring my kids. This place was spotless! My husband normally changes the fluids in my car, but the next time I have to pay to have it done, I'll be going back to Firestone in Belmont.
