  • Since purchasing a home in West Charlotte this is the closest Home Improvement store to our house. Needless to say even with a brand new home I spend quite a bit of money and time here. I'm probably here at least once every weekend. The people at this store are very friendly and accommodating. Depending on the season and what your looking for will determine how inventory is for what you need. But in most cases I have never had any issues finding what I needed. Today I went into the store with a MTB shock that was in need of a custom mount. I showed Bill in tools what I had and he jumped all over it to handle the situation. Within about 15 min and some brut force with power tools he took care of what I hadn't been able to get resolved! My deduction of one star is for the fact that they don't accept any smartphone payments (i.e. Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc.). As one time I had to actually go home to get my forgotten wallet due to they can't accept these new payment types. Almost every account I have with this store and it's employees has been fantastic! Will definitely be back probably more than I want..LOL!
