  • Had my daughters bday party here earlier this year. The kids had a blast but the customer service and follow up was horrible. I had called multiple times to inquire about a party and subsequently about their gymnastics program. I never received a call back and have to continually follow up myself. This to me shows it is mis managed as they are losing out on potential business.
