  • I have no idea why they have so many decent reviews, probably all fake. My air conditioning compressor in my apartment went out a month ago and #1 fixed it within a few days, a couple days later in stopped working, fixed again next day, stopped working a week later, ended up working again by the time the tech could come although it was delayed since they said they need my landlords permission to come, really? It is not like its going to cost them anything, its obviously a bad compressor/install. Stopped working again last night. Wont' return voicemails or answer phone. Very frustrating, it is 96 degrees inside. They list their service as 24/7. I've left countless unanswered messages and tried calling in countless times. They have a different extension for new customers and existing, they probably don't want to pick up existing customers phone calls after hours. Going to be tough to sleep tonight. All this within 1 month. Update: I actually just read more of their reviews, they have a huge amount of 1 star reviews with similar issues. I guess that explains it. Always sort by lowest review first and then go with another company.
