I was completely stood up for the appt.
We scheduled 9:45 am appt and I went to the studio on time. There was no one there. I texted her and no response initially. After waiting for 10 mins, I decided to leave and texted her that I was leaving. I did get a response a few min later that she was sick and can't make it. Wut?!
I understand if you have to cancel but you need to let the customer know ahead of time! Not 15 mins after the appt where the customer had been waiting for you at your studio!
