  • Five Stars go out to Steve Wadle for his diligence, tenacity and excellent customer service. Steve was the only bidder who came out and 1) cleared our main drain clog and 2) properly diagnosed and showed us what was wrong with our main drain, and 3) provided alternatives, including the least expensive and perhaps best resulting alternative and bid. That being said, that all seemed to be the easy part due to the local technicians unavailability and thus needing to schedule a technical crew out of Tucson, who unfortunately didn't complete the job as scoped. However, again thanks to Steve's diligent review and quality check of the work performed, noticed the shortfall and coordinated the local technician to ultimately finish the job. What should have been a few days unfortunately took longer, but thanks to Steve and the great customer support and response of his Glendale Office management, made the experience ultimately worthy of Four stars. We will continue to use this Roto Rooter branch, and in particular Steve Wadle - all because of Steve and his loyalty to us as the customer. Thanks Steve!
