  • Rudest people I have ever encountered. Seriously, not worthy of 1 star. The cashier Maria stood 2 feet away from me and yet they had to page her twice before she would come over and help me at the register. I was exchanging my scrubs for the right size, this is when all hell broke loose. Lisa the manager spent 30 minutes sniffing my scrub tops. She finally agreed to exchange my scrubs but stated, "I will only do this once." Apparently Lisa felt that she was doing me a favor by honoring their return policy. It gets better when Lisa changes her mind and calls in another manager Glenda I believe is her name. She angrily approaches me and begins scolding me because I removed the tags from the garments. Even though they were in my hand. After wasting an hour of my life in the store. Glenda and Lisa finally return and stated, "we're giving back your money so you can shop somewhere else." Well duh!
