Anthony contacted me after I posted this review. "I apologise for not responding to the email. I just had the website redone and apparently the direct email was deactivated and I am working on it right now. As far as the phone call I apologise because there is no excuse for us to let that slip through the cracks. If you would please call my personal number I will come and diagnose the unit for free. Once again I am so sorry for any inconvenience."
