  • TERRIBLE! I bought a Groupon for up to 3000 sq ft cleaning. My house is only 1100 and I told the maid don't bother with the laundry room or one bedroom as it is only storage. I told her I was really just needing dusting the blinds and the few shelves and the floors being swept and mopped. Things were all picked up for her to do a simple clean through (prior to her coming I emptied all trash cans, made sure dishes were put away and everything off counters in bathrooms and kitchen so that she could clean quicker, I had stripped beds of sheets and all that so se didn't need to make beds). Look at these pictures- are you kidding me? I could understand if my house were a mess or I gave her some intricate list and things weren't fully accomplished. She didn't even go in my daughters room AT ALL. She did not sweep or mop the floors. The back sliding door was not cleaned outside or at least the inside. The kitchen sink was not cleaned, nor the counter tops! We have a small guest bathroom that she didn't do the floor, and then master bathroom she didn't clean our shower or the floor! What the heck did she do for supposedly 4 hours? Basic dusting in our bathroom and the kitchen wasn't done. Wow I am not a picky or rude person but for a basic job I am extremely let down. Jan was the greatest and so sweet but couldn't do much to help me out. Jose called me but was a jerk and couldn't care less at my frustration. He said they could send someone else out- but I didn't have time to wait for someone else to show up, and show them all that needed to be done which is basically the whole house minus perhaps the master bedroom. The point of having the house cleaned was because I was having people over in the afternoon and still needed to go grocery shopping assuming I was coming home to a clean house. Definitely will never use them again. Violeta's House cleaning was the bomb I will stick to what works.
