  • Let me start off by saying the girls who work in here are incredibly sweet and very accommodating. Unfortunately that's where the good part of the review ends. I have had lashes applied probably 10 times and usually it takes about an hour, sometimes up to 2 depending on how many are being applied and how experienced the person is. When I went here they took 20 min to apply my lashes and the rest of my appointment was spent "drying" with a miniature fan on my face. I was amazed and also a little worried at how quickly they applied them but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After I was done drying I was allowed to view my lashes in the large mirrors up front, they weren't my favorite as they were a little bit heavy on the outsides of my lids. But in their defense I told them to go big and bold (however I did expect them to still look good). I tipped the girl and paid (via a gift certificate that someone had given me thank god). That night one lash fell off, which I know is fairly normal as some of the lashes can't hold the weight. The next day the manager texted me to check up on me which I appreciated, at that time my lashes were ok. Now it has been less than a week and I have probably lost 8-10 lashes a day. What I've noticed as these lashes have fallen out and landed on my face is that they are coming out in 2's which leads me to believe that they glue 2 at a time on a lash... This would explain how they go so fast and also why they are falling out so quickly (my lashes most likely can't hold the weight of 2 false lashes). All and all I have no bad feelings about the staff, as I said before they were very nice but unfortunately the lash services are just not worth the money. If you need the lashes for a special occasion then this place might work for you but if you want to keep up on them and have them looking nice for more than 3 days I would suggest you go to a different place and pay just a little bit more.
