  • I love chipotle, but I went today and everything was just awful. The chips were stale (I asked multiple times for replacement bags, but the three bags I got were all stale as well). I got the salad and then they told me they were out of dressing. The veggies tasted like char and that's about it. The steak I received was all gristle. The service was fine, the staff was pleasant, but the food was of extremely poor quality today. Very disappointed.
