Good: Nice staff. Flexible lease terms. Apartments have good space w balconies. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and responsive. Office is great to receive and sign off packages. Grounds are clean. We love the feral cats. Lots of the people do. We rescued an injured one. You can't pet them because they'll run but you do get to know them and their babies. It would be great if Mark Taylor partnered w a rescue group that could spay and return them. They had food trucks too. Anywhere from 1-4 times per month.
Opportunities: lots of fees that aren't part of their advertising. So there is a valet waste fee but I was like 20 feet from garbage. To my knowledge they didn't take recycle. And I put my bath garbage in there one night and they took the big bag but not that one. One Monday, they didn't pick it up at all. And they don't collect Friday or Saturday. I travelled and some months never used it. Either build it into rent or get rid of this mandatory fee.
They implemented some required insurance. You can do a deposit or they offer some no refund option. I opted for a deposit.
The other admin fee was with the monthly water bill. That was also $25 plus tax monthly admin. My actual water bill was $5 because of my work schedule but every month I paid $40.
Appliances could use an update. My washer and dryer made some whining sounds. Two stove burners didn't work. Microwave would burn food during reheat. Dishwasher soap dispenser never worked.
Parking...I don't know how many people hit the poles for covered parking. At least 3 that I personally talked. Think they should get thinner beams, pad them or remove the covered. Could always be an option for $20 per month for tiny cars.
No good cable options. The service through that cable company is bad.
Grounds are nice with a dog park, Volleyball courts and trail.
