  • Alex was referred to me by a friend in my downtown Toronto condo building, and based on how quickly he sold her condo - and at a great price - I called Alex up immediately, met with him and decided right off the bat that he would be the agent I went with to sell my place. Having already bought another condo, I was putting my faith entirely in him to sell my current condo at a great price and in a timely manner. Alex came up with a strategic plan on the best time and way to list my condo and everything fell into place perfectly. He was in contact with me daily, would stay on top of what I required and communicated with me regularly about interest being shown by potential buyers. After just over two weeks, my condo sold at an amazing price - set a record in my building in fact. All Alex kept saying to me was, "I'm going to sell your condo at the price you want," and he stuck to his word. Alex cared about my situation, my needs in what I was looking for in selling, and always immediately responded to any questions or queries that I had. I've already referred Alex to a friend of mine, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. I'm so happy I found Alex and would definitely use him again. Thank you Alex.
