  • Well I purchased a trailer with an existing 2014 Coleman A/C. I was excited to have a newer A/C in the trailer when I purchased it. But unfortunately soon as I needed it it didn't work. Found out I needed $1,000 worth of work! Ugh so frustrating. I was ready to give a one star rating especially since the thermostat that was replaced cost me close to $300.00 when a quick google search shows the same thermostat for $39.00. But I am giving Norris Air a 3 star because Darian the technician worked very hard and long to provide good service. I recognized his efforts. And I appreciate his concern and care. Darian continue to try and do the right thing. That's how you get to heaven!
