The concept was OK. The prices were on par with Bellagio, so I expected more bang for my buck. Unfortunately I walked out and asked for a refund. The customer service was probably the best thing about this spa. My complaint was that the hot tub and steam room were not hot enough. And I felt cold being in them. Especially since I went in early January and it was freezing outside. I just wanted a hot tub and a hot steam to warm up.
As I mentioned, their customer service was top-notch as they graciously refunded me and gave me no problems about leaving.
They even mentioned that they would take a look at the facilities and make sure they were working properly.
Since the spa itself isn't super fancy, this place as least needs to make up for it in the therapeutic aspects of their spa. So that the hydrotherapy elements really help you relax. Kinda like a good, deep massage! Not a light, fluffy one.
