  • I've been getting my son's haircut here for years and never had any issue until this past Saturday. A particular stylist, Ms. H., cut my son's hair and missed a huge chunk in the top so he had a large thick clump of uncut hair. It looked really bad. When she asked me what I thought I honestly told her that spot needed to be thinned out and cut shorter. She actually argued with me and said it was just the way my son's hair was. He has wavy hair. I had to tell her THREE times to cut it shorter. When she finally put my son back in her chair to cut it better so was physically rough with him. What kind of woman takes her frustrations out on a child?! She yanked his hair, pushed his head down twice, and jerked by his shoulders to make him sit up. I could have slapped the wench! Do NOT take your kids here unless you want them beat by the stylists.
