  • I want to like this place so badly because it's so close to our house and I feel like this is exactly the type of place that Lee Rd needs, but the food and beer here are making that more difficult. I have to say, we've been to Boss Dog twice and they're improving, but it still need some work. The beer was 10x better than our first experience. My husband enjoyed the Cuyachuga porter and I got the Go Lightly cocktail which was excellent. For food, I ordered The Boss, a tasty brat that I would get again. My husband tried the Potato Pancake Chicken Salad. I loved the concept of this sandwich, but the spices were over powering- way too much tarragon. Overall there's a ton of potential here. The atmosphere is great and the food and beer are coming along. The one thing I really appreciate about Boss Dog is that they clearly want to improve. Both food selections were ordered were new to the menu and the waitress asked for feedback on them. We'll be back to try again!
