  • So far we have seen nothing gross, yayyy! They're the only company that can service the Taexx in-wall system. The techs are great. There's a guarantee, so when we start seeing tiny (and I mean tiny) bugs here and there, we call for a follow-up. Customer service has been just fine. I like how they call to remind you they're coming. I feel secure knowing we have the in-wall system.
