  • LOL Oh hell no! I had an appt. today as a new patient but read the reviews and got scared. Should have read the reviews sooner. I called to cancel and they told me I was going to be charged for cancelling less than 24 hours. I said "For how much because I was not told about a cancellation policy?" She didn't like that I said that and rudely responded "Oh my bad, you're a new patient so nevermind. You haven't signed any paperwork." with such a rude attitude!!! I'm so glad I read the reviews and did not end up going.
