  • Excellent service. Second time we've used Marken. John arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the issue accurately, replaced the ran capacitor, and checked all the vents to make sure everything was working right. All within an hour and for $80. Very kind and trustworthy and wore booties inside the house which I appreciated. The first time our a/c went out we made the mistake of calling night and day due to their 4.5 star rating in yelp. They misdiagnosed the issue and suggested an $800 "fix" which they said may or may not address the issue. We called Marken for a second opinion and it turned out some insulation had come loose and they used spray glue to glue it back. This is why I trust this company.
