  • We have stayed at this Luxury Hotel twice under the name of James Hotel and the only complaint I have is that the restaurant changed. Not that the current restaurant is bad, but we sure miss Fiamma! The food there was incredible modern Italian food, it would knock our socks off everytime we ate there. Thank goodness we had another pair of socks up in our cozy room. LOL! Oh well I gues we are going to have to travel to Las Vegas more often to enjoy Fiamma's great food. SCOTTSDALE MISSES YOU!
