Just finished lunch here today and was a bit disappointed with the offerings. I noticed there were a few complaints regarding the pita bread on here, and I have to agree that this eatery should focus on highlighting their bread in ALL offerings. Their bread was the reason I came, and the highlight of my meal... while my actual meal was sub par. The Noble Grain Bowl is too big, and better off served as a potential side as its flavor isn't enough to sustain as a standalone entree (similar to eating a picnic salad as your whole lunch). I'll be taking it home to serve as a side to my dinner tonight but add in more vegetables since they were pretty lacking.
I asked the staff some questions on bread recommendations but I got pretty minimal information, and there's not an opportunity for patrons to try slices of different loaves with their meals.
Make it about the BREAD that they are there for, not just about the so-so food with it.
