rev:text	Unfortunately I have to update my views on AutoNation and their management of my account and me as a consumer. I purchased a brand new car in December from the AutoNation in Phoenix and everything was pleasant on the day of purchase and everyone was helpful. But as time has progressed and I have needed their aide and response to issues they have been less than accommodating. I am not an Arizona resident, I live in San Diego, CA. upon purchase of the vehicle I asked numerous questions to ensure everything was taken care of. One of the questions I asked was, is there anything that I am going to be responsible for besides registering the car in CA? He said, "No, you are only going to be responsible for registration and your car payments from this point forward". So to my shock and dismay, when I went to register my car in San Diego, I was told I owe $750.00 in taxes for Caifornia!!! I was not made aware that these things were not taken care of when I purchased the car. And of course if I knew it was something I was responsible for, I would have ensured that I saved for the additional costs when I brought my car in to DMV in California. So I have been trying to talk to someone about this, and now it is amazing how no one is making me a priority to discuss this issue with me. I gave them this whole week to get a hold of me, I was being patient, but it is now Saturday and the week has gone by and no response to my issues and anguish about this added cost that I was not prepared for. I wanted to feel like my patronage mattered even after the transaction and at this time I can safely say, Autonation has NOT given me the impression that they care about my satisfaction after the fact.
