I hired Tony to diagnose some problems I am having with some X10 Pro switching devices. He assured me he had special knowledge and expertise in this area. I guess I'm not likely to find out. Over the last two weeks he has scheduled me for three service calls and failed all three times to show up or to call to explain his absence and reschedule. I even gave him the opportunity for a fourth try via text message and he has thus far failed to respond. He may well be an excellent electrician but the level of his customer service and just plain old fashioned courtesy is as low as it can be.
