  • Our daughter had her luggage and duffle bag stolen from her car while she was packing and lost her passport and visa. She had to cancel her flight to China. Abdu was very patient and calm and walked us through the process to get her new documents asap. We were able to book her on a new flight after 2 days and she will be flying out tomorrow.
