  • ouch. i've been a customer for 4 years now with all vehicles and home insured with this office, i contact the office by email and phone with a need to add an engagement ring asap today due to a need to ship. Not only was the policy not added, but the agent's office replied via EMAIL - this was URGENT! No one called, and they didn't even email until nearly 4pm giving me no time to get the updated appraisal they said they needed. i'll spare her by not naming her but somewhere there's a DMV missing their ideal employee. worthless, i'm gone.
