  • I've been coming to this establishment for a little over a year. The office staff there is so-so. The optometrist Mark Ohriner is the worst. I purposely booked the first appointment at 9AM today, and after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes Ohriner was nowhere to be found. Totally unprofessional. His staff didn't bother to find out where he was - only response I got was "we don't know where he is." I'm a busy professional and this is the second time this has happened with this man. The first time it took 2 hours to be seen - his excuse was he had a problem case ahead of me. I don't buy it. Headed somewhere else.
