  • Have used Phoenix Appliance Repair twice now, once for our refrigerator a couple months ago and once for our front-loading washer last week. Each appliance is 12 years old and we were hoping not to have to replace them quite yet. Happily, on both calls the labor costs were very reasonable, with only the repair for the fridge needing parts. Definitely no sense of being conned for more money. Incidentally, when the washer went out I called on a Sunday evening and received a response -- not sure if this is normal, but it sure was welcome.
