  • I purchased a Groupon for cut,color balyage and added a base color. I text Ana and told her what I had purchased on Groupon and we set up an appointment for today at 11:30. I text her at 11:10 and she seemed like she forgot we had an appointment t. She then text me she was running late . I get it stuff happens so I didn't make a big deal about it. Once she got there 20 mins late she asked me if we were doing a blow dry. I said no and showed her the text messages back and fourth only a few days prior. She then tells me at 11:50 that she can't do my hair and she has an appointment at noon. I had paid for a babysitter and rescheduled my day so I could treat myself and get my hair done. Save yourself your time ,money and the disappointment !
