  • My boyfriend and I are new to the Gilbert area, and have been trying to find a go-to place for pho. Well, we have found it at Pepper Cafe! Their spring rolls are the best I have ever had, and I am a spring roll fanatic! The pho is amazing as well. The restaurant is very unsuspecting, as it is tucked in the corner of a shopping plaza, but if you are a fan of Vietnamese food, you will not be disappointed!
