District one is okay, but their menu is a lot smaller than any Viet restaurant in town and is definitely more expensive. My bf and I ordered the beef Carpaccio, big bone soup, pho-ghetti, and stuffed jalapeƱos. The food was slightly below average. Beef Carpaccio didn't taste fresh and the meat was brown in some areas. Big bone soup was more for presentation than practical for eating. Stuffed jalapeƱos were really bland. Their special, pho-ghetti was actually decent, but that was it. Don't think I'd be back. Price and food wasn't worth it.
