  • Be aware. We broke down traveling through NC back to Northern Virginia. 2007 Minivan with low mileage and we were told radiator, water pump, thermostat and hoses needed to be replaced. Charged $1,400 to repair. When we returned home had local shop take a look. Was told most likely all items did not need to be replaced but of course they wouldn't know for sure. But for what was done we were told the price was too high. I feel we were taken advantage of because we were stuck and needed work done to get out of there. Just be careful and hopefully you are in a position to get a second opinion.
