  • Horrible home warranty company, with even worse customer service. Do not waste your time or money. We were charged the $75 service fee despite the work never being performed (the contractors they hire are just as bad; this specific one never returned calls and thus never came out to do the work). HSA home warranty refused to refund the service fee even though no service was performed. It's also near impossible to get through to their customer service.
