  • I've been renting here for almost two years and wasn't able to make my payment until the 5th which is the last day to pay before late fees. I paid at 10pm and was still charged the late fee and my unit was locked. Store manager Paul Brocker refused to waive the late fee claiming it was against policy. Where's the customer service these days???
