  • This is the most ghetto apartment complex I have ever lived in. There is trash everywhere due to the tons of unattended children who throw things at the neighbors windows and run around with sticks hitting the cars in the parking lot. The property was just bought out, now named The Standard on 59th. The new property manager has not addressed any of the issues here. There are 10 children living in a one bedroom apartment, at all times of the day and night not only do they scream across the complex but their mother does as well. The people here are aggressive and ignorant and the property is disgusting despite the new paint job. Save yourself the misery and move elsewhere.
