  • Our AC broke down today while it's 107 degree outside, we tried contacting our landlord but no luck. So I called Richard and left a message and he responded right away and was at our place in less than 30 minutes, figured out what was wrong right away and AC was fixed in with in 30 minutes of being here. He replaced the blower relay and wires. I definitely recommend him and definitely will call him again if I need to. Plus he is a very pleasant and professional gentlemen.
